Read on for our QR Code Privacy Statement. This information will be relevant to anyone who has used the PPLS QR code for building occupancy.

Information about you: how we use it and with whom we share it

The information you provide will be used by the University to measure the building occupancy within Dugald Stewart Building and 7 George Square using a QR code and Microsoft Forms.

We are using information about you because it is necessary for a legitimate interest. We are using this to measure the building occupancy within Dugald Stewart Building and 7 George Square.

Information about you will be shared with Microsoft, PPLS Facilities and IT Teams.

We will hold the personal data you provided us for 6 months.
