Discuss recent findings in personality, intelligence, and applied social science.

The Individual Differences journal club meet biweekly, allowing students to discuss their ongoing projects, or discuss recent findings within the field. Discussions are student-led, with staff and students alike debating about the different directions that the field is going in.

Time and place

Thursdays, 12pm - 1pm (semester 1), 11am - 12pm (semester 2) in room S38, Psychology Building, 7 George Square (whenever the Edinburgh Psychology keynote talks are not scheduled).

Biweekly Social Psychology meetings to foster collaborative discussions on recent research and projects.

We meet every two weeks to discuss recent findings and projects within Social Psychology. This space allows faculty, students, or external speakers to share and discuss research via journal clubs, idea blitz talks, conference posters, or through keynote presentations of projects. All staff and postgraduate students (PhD students, MSc, MScR) are invited to attend and present.

Time and place

Semester 1: Every second Monday starting 23rd September @ 14:30 – 15:30 in room G32, Psychology Building, 7 George Square, Edinburgh, EH8 9JZ.

Semester 2: Every second Monday starting 20th January @ 14:30 – 15:30, room TBC.
