Student Tutor of the Year Award

This award recognises student tutors who have created an engaging space for learning.

“I would like to thank, from the bottom of my heart, all of the students who took the time to nominate me for the Student Tutor of the Year Award. It was entirely unexpected and means more than you can know!

Teaching is something that I take a great deal of pride in and to know that the students I am teaching find value in my efforts means the world. It has been both a great privilege and an immense joy to get to know different students either in the various classes I have taught and/or in 1-1 appointments through the Skills Centre and help them to succeed and progress through their degrees.” - Brittany Blankinship

EUSA Teaching Awards

The Teaching Awards celebrate the very best of teaching and support at the University, but also the diversity of the university community, and provide a space where staff who may not have access to more formal recognition can be rewarded for their work.

The awards ceremony takes place online on Wednesday, 25 May 2022.
